Do you accept Medicaid patients?
Yes. We are licensed and certified for Medicare and Medicaid as well as for Private Insurance and Private Pay Residents.

What are the visiting hours?
You may visit at any time. Buildings may be secured after normal hours so you may need to call ahead during nighttime hours.

What do I need to do to get my loved one admitted to the facility?
Please contact us today.

If you get better before the end of the month, do you have to stay longer?
You may leave the facility at any time. Charges are based on a daily rate and you are charged only for the days you reside at the facility.

Do you have any private rooms?
Our facilities have a mixture of private and 2-bed rooms. Private rooms usually have a waiting list.

How much staff support will the resident have each day and night?
The individual receives support in many areas: Nursing assistants, Licensed Nurses, Housekeeping/Laundry staff, administrative staff, and Social Service staff. By law, the facility must provide a sufficient number of nursing assistant staff and licensed nursing staff to meet the needs of the individuals.

Who are the Staff, and how are they chosen and supervised?
In our facility, all staff have background checks, drug tests, and reference checks done before being hired. They receive monthly training and all direct care must be certified nursing assistants. The staff receives 24-hour supervision, 7 days a week, from licensed nursing staff.

What kind of home or housing do residents live in?
In our facility, there are many rules and regulations in place to provide for the safety and well being of the indiidual. The facility is equipped with a sprinkler system in the event of a fire and the fire alarm system is directly connected to the local police station.

What kind of activites is the person involved in?
Our facility provides many activities individualized to meet the person's needs both in the facility and outings in the community. Examples include, dining out, movies, shopping, bingo nights, church services, and sing alongs. We also have many wonderful volunteers who provide entertainment such as bands, singers, story tellers and much more.
